Mental Health Services

Using evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual's unique needs, we address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more.
I use a diverse therapeutic approach that blends Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Motivational
Interviewing, and Narrative practices.
